A major misunderstanding is to believe that others are guilty for your sufferings, that you suffer because of them. In reality all reactions to the world take place in your inner sphere. It’s not the world that needs to change - instead, your inner reactions need to.
This teaching is about the next step - beyond mindfulness. With the use of awareness in active form you don’t just notice, but are able to influence, directly. For example, you can use your consciousness to release the autopilot of emotions from your system.
Only through the use of awareness can you reach the True Self.
When thinking stops, you become thoughtless. But, what is left? What is that? What is that silence?
Have you noticed how the thinking mind works? We hear something, we comment. See or smell something - again comments. We comment everything, like children. All the time. And you believe it’s normal? Why?
There is only one goal in yoga: to restore a human to their rightful position in the hierarchy of creation and learn to direct life consciously, not to be driven by it. And of course, to reach one’s roots. To reach one’s actual potentiality.
Instead of emotions and the thinking mind, awareness should be placed as primary.
Life is not complicated. We ourselves make it complicated. There are three main reasons for that: untamed and random movement of awareness, automatic thoughts that do not correspond to reality and automatic emotions. These components also make up the list of things to gain freedom from.
When using awareness, that itself is neutral in nature, one experiences neutrality. To be neutral means to be adequate. It means to see events as they are – without glorifying, devaluing, distorting or changing them in any way.
Ignorance – this is the darkness. The goal is to become a seer. Only the one who is aware, a user of consciousness, is able to see.
Change starts from purifying the inner sphere. To release automatic emotions and concepts is the most important activity of all activities.
What happens to your problems, to your issues, if the accompanying emotion ceases to exist?
Your most important step towards stability and happiness lies in cleaning the inner sphere – consciously releasing your subconscious of the problematic reactions you once learned from others.
To be aware of your consciousness means to be in a state that is outside of karma.
If you prolong the process of noticing or become aware of your awareness, you become the user of consciousness. To remain aware, you need to continue using it.
Using awareness forms the foundation – your „eyes open up“. The picture becomes clear. This is why it has also been called enlightenment. This is the light – application of awareness.
The duration of your use of consciousness corresponds to the duration of your freedom. Rest of the time autopilot dominates, a program where everything is pre-set.
When you remain with noticing, the world opens up – you notice sounds, sensations etc. Every moment is a new discovery. As soon as you allow the subconscious to take over, your world collapses into being operated by programs, one after another.
In order to actually improve, there is little use from learning fascinating things or traveling to someplace in hope of experiencing something. Those bad things that you already have don’t disappear, do they? To become free of this weed, you need to outroot it, not just plant other plants next to it.
To discover True Self is the main goal for every person all over the world. To discover True Self means to reach the end of your search. Not just your current search for answers, but your infinite search. This is the ultimate solution, self-realization.
Once an automatic reaction is consciously released, it will never occur again. It’s disturbing influence in your life ceases completely.
You are taught that sufferings are a “normal” part of being human. Actually, they are absolutely abnormal. You can easily release them, be without them. Life without negative emotions is not only possible, but indeed natural for all people.
You only cling to positive emotions, because you don’t have any idea, that exists something even better, than good emotions.
Consciousness has seven active qualities, awareness being one of them. As phenomenas, the qualities of consciousness have nothing to do with emotions or thinking, the mind.
Mind and thinking do not form the cornerstone of wisdom, being smart. Instead, that cornerstone is your consciousness. Use of consciousness in active form is what makes humans smart, the true Homo Sapiens.
The life you live today is already robot-like, directed by automatic reactions - both good and bad ones.
You can change yourself only by practically doing it. Theory and opinions alone have little practical value.
However exquisite the emotions, high or important thoughts, none of them help you to reach awareness nor primordial True Self. The mind can only be of temporary use while purifying the subconscious.
What we consider to be our personality is the set of our most frequent reactions. Personality consists of emotions, thoughts and the resulting behavior. If you know how to change these components, a change in personality immediately follows.
The moment of an insight is the moment when God turns towards you with a smile.
In current worldview it is assumed that the brain produces consciousness, matter is considered as primary. According to my research, I propose a view that differs 180 degrees - the brain does not create consciousness. Consciousness is the base of your existence, it already exists and creates all else.

    The Art of Conscious Change is the summary of my realizations and discoveries acquired during 35+ years of empirical research and 25+ years of experience in teaching awareness and yoga. The roots of this teaching are in the deepest, most ancient wisdom tradition. By re-molding it to answer the needs and challenges of the people of the 21st century, in 2008 The Art of Conscious Change was born. Thousands of participants have shared their positive experience with what they have learned. In addition, the effectiveness of this method and the new approach to a human has also been confirmed by an independent study carried out by Kantar-Emor research agency.


    The Art of Conscious Change takes a holistic approach to a human, expanding the common view to include all our 5 levels or "bodies". As of today thousands of people have been able to liberate themselves from both minor and major problems thanks to the Art of Conscious Change method. They have learned how to release these obstacles by themselves. For example - while engaged in an unpleasant conversation, participants are able to release their disturbing emotions and thoughts in five seconds and do it without anyone else noticing. Their results are permanent and irreversible. Good results of the participants confirm that life without negative emotions and suffering is possible, and in fact, normal to every human being. Once you learn to release those automatic emotions and thoughts, you can really start to live from your highest potential and True Self.

    What will the automatic emotions and thoughts be replaced with? Natural stability, calmness, inner freedom and empathy. The increase in efficiency and energy is manyfold.     The Art of Conscious Change courses

    The Art of Conscious Change is an integral part of Human 2.0 personal development program and vision.     The Art of Conscious Change method is taught during five courses in total, each course lasting one day. Every course focuses on one specific level of human functioning and on techniques how to influence that level. All courses are based on awareness and teach how to actively use intellect – our most powerful instrument. The first two courses are always taught together as a set, III, IV, and V are taught one at a time, eventually forming a pathway to becoming a Human 2.0.

    What the method includes and each course teaches?


    I course focuses on the empirical understanding of the inner “anatomy”: what are feelings, emotions, thinking process, awareness, consciousness and, the True Self. The course outlines their characteristics, principles of action, their origin and hierarchy of influence. It explains how automatic reactions are formed. A clear definition and experience of consciousness will be provided. The course will lead to the discovery and experience of True Self. You will receive an answer to one of the core question – what’s wrong with me?

    II course focuses selectively on the vital level, emotions, and moods. One will learn to discover them, adequately orientate among them and release the ones that have a harmful effect. The course will provide techniques how to release the emotions that are just being activated; ones that already are active; that have been chronically active for years; emotions that cause tension in the shoulder-neck area and emotions related to the diseases of the physical body. In addition, you will learn how to become free from fear.

    III course focuses selectively on the mental level, the mind, and memory. You learn how to release disturbing memories, imaginations about the future as well as biased thoughts that do not correlate with actual events in real-time.

    IV course focuses selectively on learning to discover and use intellect – the most powerful executive instrument of every human being. One will learn how to develop their ability to differentiate, deepen, comprehend, gain insight, intuition, inspiration as well as apply intention and will. You will also learn to prolong the use of active awareness in all kinds of situations. The level of intellect is beyond mind and helps to further develop the potentials of a Human 2.0.

    V course focuses on the transition from the old paradigm based on emotions and mind to the new one – a paradigm based on the deliberate use of awareness. One will learn how to live and carry out daily activities in a new way – acquire information using the intellect, analyze it accordingly and then engage in an aware way.

    How was the Art of Conscious Change created?

    Using all of my previous experience I created this method in Estonia in 2008. I initially developed it to help my Babaji Kriya Yoga (BKY) students, so that they could better progress with their practice. Namely, I investigated the nature of their obstacles and found out that the main reason why they cannot fully use the high-tech knowledge of BKY, is the inner automation – their emotional and mental habits and reactions.


    This is why I started to investigate the mechanism of automation – how it is formed, its principles of action, how to release it and prevent it? The deeper I went, the more I found out about the underlying issues. My analysis revealed that approximately 95% of people’s activities are automatic, subconscious and only 5% of them are conscious. Almost 8 billion people live an automatic and subconscious life, where they themselves are not represented. I discovered the emotional reactions that work completely automatically and in most part independently from a person’s will. I also found out that people don’t know how to direct their thoughts, these are also automatic. I learned that although all people have awareness, they actually use it very rarely in everyday life. And I discovered one more thing - that people don’t know their actual identity, their True Self. They practically don’t. Therefore there is also no knowledge about how to liberate oneself from suffering and other obstacles, although it is possible to become absolutely free from all of that. At one point I was proposed to teach this knowledge publicly - how to release the autopilot? That's how in 2008 the courses began to serve and be beneficial for more.

    The uniqueness of the method - liberation from the excess 

    Consistent application of the techniques empowers a person to use consciousness and it’s qualities as the primary force in life, enabling to independently release harmful automatic reactions and habits. From 2010 onwards I have received invitations to teach the method also abroad – going to Brazil, Germany, Russia, USA etc. The teaching has expanded organically ever since. In addition to myself, I have also licensed some of my students to conduct the course, adding a valuable dimension in terms of sub-specialties that they focus on.
